Chapter 12: The Last Chapter with a Last Advice

Remember that you’re a human being, no one is flawless and it usually takes time to evolve, whether it’s in a good or bad direction. You’ve already taken a giant step in the terms of reading this book. Actually, you’ve taken a step very few are taking, so you should be proud of yourself. There are very few who are able to admit, that there is something they must become better at.

When you “attach” the book from you, remember what you’ve read and do your best to get it to fit into your life and who you are as a person.

Give yourself the space to still make mistakes, and be jealous sometimes. Rome was not built in one day, although it would be cool if it sometimes was like that.

Not because I think you’ll get there, but I’ll just say it anyway, don’t give up! Where there is will, there is way. Decide to finish your jealousy once and for all, because it should not control your life anymore. It’s your life and your responsibility. It’s no one else life, and nobody else can do something about it.

It’s particularly important for you to remember, to talk openly with the people around you. Talk about everything you can. I’m sure that they wish the best for you. Remember it, you’re not alone!

Hold fast to the belief that you can, and keep taking steps towards your goal.

You can be and do whatever you want.

If you need more help with your jealousy

If I should recommend you to do anything further, it’s to spend more time trying to implement everything you’ve read in this book. Wait to do anything else, until you’re really sure that you have done everything you can to be inspired by the book.

If you insist in that you need more help to get rid of your jealousy, I recommend you to listen to two audio books. which I personally have found very useful in the fight against my jealousy. I told you about one of the books in the chapter about low self-esteem. The man behind the audio books is called Richard MacKenzie. I have followed hes progress for a long time.

The first audio, is called “Overcoming Jealousy“. It costs $ 24,5 and you can find it here:

What’s primarily good about audio books is, that they are easily accessible as they can be listened to anytime and anywhere.

“Overcoming Jealousy” covers a wide range of information about jealousy, and therefore also a wide audience. The negatively thing about this audio books is, that it misses the points that I portray in my book, which of course I see as very important. But the audio book is still worth to own, and can be a great help to many who’s suffering from jealousy.

The second audio book is called “Self-Confidence.” It costs the same, $ 24,5 and you can find it here:

I love this audio book! It has been one of the most effective tools for me, when comes to fighting jealousy and low self-esteem in general. I still use it frequently, it remembers me to cultivate my self-esteem and confidence. Typically I listen to it after I have been jogging, because it has an extra good effect on me. It’s like taking a mental shower to me.

Both audio books seems like a vaccination against jealousy, low self-esteem and poor self-confidence, because they work directly with your subconscious. You cannot avoid their positive effect, if you just keep an open mind while you’re listening to them.

Now remember that I encourage you to be inspired by everything that‘s in the jealousy book, before you do anything else. You should already have a lot to practice on. If you’re unsure about what you should work with, I’ll suggest you to catch a glimpse of the jealousy book once again, and write down notes to everything you believe is best for you, to begin working with right now.

But if you‘ve already done it, or think that you need further assistance, audio books can be really effective.

With that being said, I hope you enjoyed reading my book; I have certainly enjoyed writing it for you. So thank you for reading it, I hope that it has been helpful for you, in one way or another.

With what you’ve learned, go out and enjoy life as a stronger and wiser person, and do everything you can to let jealousy be something, that you don’t have to suffer with no more!
